The most remarkable fact at Carnmore was the staff, both at reception and at the restaurant, the only ones I was exposed to. They would bend backwards to help with any little question or problem. They remembered who I was from a previous stay, remembered my favourite drink a the restaurant, and the food and service were like no other, in a class of their own. I am definitely planning to go back, even though the cost is slightly higher than other hotels... but worth every cent of it.

We had a great room. The location is very convenient to everything downtown chch. We were there for just one night, but the stay was excellent. The shower was fantastic. The room included nice design touches. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Carnmore Hotel. Even though it was a last-minute booking and we only stayed for one night, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They kindly upgraded us to a downstairs room at no extra cost after finding out my dad has difficulty with stairs, which we really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the spa bath was a real highlight – our daughter absolutely loved it. The location was also great, with everything conveniently close by. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.
