We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Water and coffee refilled every day. Staff is friendly. Room was ready before check-in time so we could go in earlier. 2 nice swimming pools with sun beds. Breakfast is simple but still ok. Only 1 thing to remark: the floor in the bathroom and specially the shower is made of small stones, which looks nice, but is really uncomfortable and even hurts.

Pleasant hotel in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Two outdoor pools. Short walk into town or to the beach.

No fault of the property, Surin Beach is not as well developed as a resort town as it can be. The amenities were adequate but the beach is not all that inviting. It's just a beach with almost nothing else, just sand and water. And all there was were restaurants and several bars. There were no parks or a boardwalk/promenade to relax at. If at the beach you had to either stroll or bring a towel. All the beach towns I have been to in America and Europe have had a promenade or boardwalk with benches, amusement and/or restaurants. Surin Beach is rather abysmal in this respect. As to the hotel the downside was it was set somewhat far back from the main street although it was quieter being away from the main road. And the availability of eateries were quite limited near the hotel and in Surin Beach. They provided a breakfast which was very adequate but because of the number of guests who ate breakfast they did not offer the spread that I have had at other hotels. But overall, I had a nice stay and would definitely return here if I were to come back to Surin Beach.

Really expensive for a small room, you can easily have a 5* hotel (basic room) for the same price. Pictures are not reflecting reality, so be careful when booking especially for the delux room saying 3 beds and showing two rooms when there is only one! Personal are ok except that they are really cold at the reception. Conclusion, there is many other better hotels for the same price. I will not recommend this hotel.

In a very convenient spot near beach quite a quiet resort compared to others. Pools excellent, gym good, room very large good bed. Only downside poor lighting around bed so unable to read and needs another chair and table on balcony.

When arriving I had booked for 2adults and one child in 2 rooms only to find out they had only one bed in each room and if we wanted an extra bed we had to pay 600 to a 1000 Bhat each room. After negotiating hard we got it down 600. It was very late at night and I don’t think it fair when we think we have accommodation booked to arrive to find we are in a room with one bed for three people

A nice little hotel but a lot of construction going on in the day time. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The pools are pretty good. Good size rooms.

Good, but not the best.

"Free parking" is not the hotels, rather the one for the local beach. Otherwise room was good beside every window and door having been left open and a lot of wildlife getting in. Staff friendly and spoke good English.
