“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. “Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit.
