“Sincerly, it was for me and my family the worst experience in our entire life. Firstly, King Evelton is far away to be a 5 stars hotel, the hotel needs an immediate down grade to maximum 3 stars. Personal has no politeness, no sense of customer care, service is unbelievably horrible, as for example this case among so many that happened, we ask two times for the TV to be check and none shown up to fix it during the whole stay. “Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht. Machte den Eindruck nach Masse. Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich. Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts! Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet.. Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend.”
