Awesome Hotel

This hotel was amazing very clean good service good breakfast and best of all is that is right on the center of the Historical downtown. All tours are steps away from hotel If we go back to Chihuahua Mexico definitely will stay at this hotel I recommended very highly

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had issues with charges on my card that I did not recognize. The restaurant staff charged amounts higher than what they should have, and I filed a complaint with the hotel manager, but I never received a proper response or resolution. In addition, a member of the housekeeping staff took photos inside my room to accuse me of staining a towel, and charges were added to my account for alleged property damage. The way this situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unsupported as a guest. The only positive parts of my stay were the gentleman who helped with the luggage, who was very kind and helpful, and one of the room attendants who provided excellent service. They were the only people who truly made a positive impression. Other than that, my experience was very negative. When a guest makes a complaint, they expect the hotel to investigate and provide a solution, but that never happened in my case. I do not recommend this hotel because of the lack of customer service and the way my concerns and charges were handled.

The amenities "Gym" (If you can even call it that) was terrible. All the machines were broken and clearly not taken care of. My key did not work, so every time I try to enter my room I had to go down to the Lobby to update my key access, witch was super annoying. They took more than half a day to clean the tray of my room service dinner. Hotel staff was good.

We enjoyed our stay as usual. The hotel has multiple amenities, and it is on a very centric location. There was though an important issue with check-in that I want to highlight for other guests' attention. The front-desk lady forgot to return my ID at the check-in, being that ID my driver's license. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and no one ever mentioned about it. Thankfully I realized I didn't have my ID when I booked a local trip somewhere else. When I asked why no one has brought it to my attention, the front desk lady said that not all the people at front desk paid attention but, the sad reality was that NO ONE brought it up. When I returned to the hotel to pick up my ID, I noticed there were at least 5-8 more forgotten IDs.

I got a great “master suite”, spacious, great amenities, nice view, jacuzzi and a little balcony. My only complaint was the air conditioning; noisy and hard to setup.
