The hotel is not far from the downtown area. The hotel is very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. My only complain would be that they don’t provide an in room safe.

It is a new brand hotel -- pros and cons

The building looks new, and it has some pros and cons. As pro, you have new installations and the staff is really nice, (definitely they were the best). The room is warm, which is good, the beds were comfort and clean. The bathroom was OK, but... it lacks of personality, the room was like a room without personality, I think is because everything was new, but... I don't think is memorable, they give you shampoo and soap, but not pretty. I hope it improves that in the future, because the installations are really nice.

Personal amable, buen tamaño de habitación, alberca y jardines bien cuidados pero no había cama King size No había servicio de restaurante y para el clima de la región, esa alberca tan bonita sin calefacción, no se puede usar Sugiero poner por lo menos servicio de café y te de cortesía a toda hora

La acitud de la recepcionsita no fue muy amable, tuvimos que esperar a que repararan el contacto del baño que no servía, salimos a un evento en la noche y regresamos de madrugada, tenían cerrado el portón por seguridad pero no hay timbre, el velador estaba profundamente dormido y tuvimos que tocar el claxon varias veces e inclusive saltarnos la reja para ir a verlo y pedir que abriera. Los servicios del desayuno muy bien, el perosnal amable y los alimentos muy bien.

El personal muy amable, tuvimos un percance con nuestro auto y nos ayudaron con mucha amabilidad. Las camas estaban muy comodas y las sabanas olian a suavitel, nunca me habia tocado eso en un hotel!! Habitacion amplia, sin ruido, pudimos descansar y disfrutar del pueblo.
