Excellent all the way!! We stayed in room Valladolid and it was beautiful!! The staff is kind and welcoming. The food and drinks were all delicious. They bake these fresh rolls everyday and omg they are everything. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic for us from the second we checked in until the very last moment we checked out. The room was beautiful, the hotel is decor and foliage is stunning, and the way it makes you feel like you are in an oasis was such a special treat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.... Every part of it was perfect for us!

Clean room. Super detailed walk through at the beginning of my stay. Restaurant is nice and servers are kind and attentive. Some minor noise from street and neighbouring buildings but all in all, would definitely return and recommend. Really made for a great first time in Valladolid.

This hotel is enchanting - picture perfect; the staff is very friendly and attentive, even the chefs were quick to great us. The breakfast was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and the mini bar was reasonably priced, which we appreciated. There’s a safe parking lot a block or so away, which is very important if you’re coming by car. Valladolid is a charming town and this hotel is nicely situated to be walkable to the town center, lots of restaurants and shops. We did experience some street noise, which isn’t the fault of the hotel and we assisted after the first day, but location is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

This property is a hidden gem! Although this property is small but everything else made up for it. It’s walking distance to shops, cathedral, and more. There’s two entrances to the hotel with parking across the street on the other entrance/ exit- a bit confusing but no big deal. Once you’re inside, you’ll be transported to another world. Such a cute romantic hotel.

Nice and clean

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room. Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

It was impossible to sleep later than 7 am staying on the first floor because people had breakfast 5 feet away starting at that time and the staff were cleaning the outdoor dining area then too. The hotel should not provide the first floors rooms to any guest. The property is very narrow and the home next door has a pack of dogs that barked starting at 5 am. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but they could do more to soundproof the room. The closets were unusable because they were comically narrow. They didn’t provide a rod to hang things on because hangers wouldn’t fit. The staff were friendly and I appreciate that. I expected more based on the hotel’s nightly rate. Very disappointed.

The hotel overcame my expectations. It's a beautiful, calm oasis, and the pools were lovely, clean and cold. The staff (especially Señor Atocha) go the extra mile and the food is delicious. I felt well taken care of as a solo traveler. I would certainly come back next time I'm in Valladolid.

Well located excellent boutique hotel. Two pools, extensive gardens, great service, bar and breakfast. Arranged taxi to Chichén Itza to avoid unnecessary tour expenses. Heavy rain cut power for several hours but staff provided battery LED lights to tide us over and bar remained open to provide libations and relief. Convenient to excellent meal choices for lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay again on a return trip to Valladolid.

Lovely hotel in a great location in wonderful Valladolid. Adrian was so welcoming and friendly at check-in. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. Rooms are small but comfortable. Beds are super comfy. Soundproofing is a slight issue as the way the hotel is built onto the courtyard means you can hear everyone coming and going. Location is brilliant and really easy walk to centre.

The ambience, Mexican style is amazing. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The food is outstandingly delicious. It's a very cozy hotel with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Valladolid. I look forward to returning there soon.

There was a ton of noise from dogs barking next door all night. In addition, there were a lot of rules to follow — including being careful to not get the towels dirty. They should provide a dark towel for makeup in that case — which they did not.

The hotel is a small and quiet hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast. We only stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed our stay. However, please note that the room does not come with shower amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or slippers.
