Great place to stay very close to Chichen Itza. The property is beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of outdoor seating and a large pool. The cottage-style buildings are adorable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Service staff were excellent, and the spa experience was exceptional. I’d love to stay here again.

Wonderful old school hacienda

What a lovely lovely place, it really takes you back to old school colonial architecture and living. The hotel has developed a wonderful eco friendly hotel with a beautiful garden and pool that should be enjoyed. Food was wonderful and so nice to see that they produce as much of their own food as they can and where they’re unable to, they source from the local community. Our only comment would be that if you were staying for more than one night, the beds are small for 2 so as a family it’d be worth considering 2 rooms but it really didn’t detract from our stay.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Ideal place for relaxation, great food. The only thing should be improved is the air conditioner. My two units had the same issue, no one could sleep. The rest was perfect.

It was an amazing stay. We arrived late at night and Adrian waited for us, to greet us and gave us a fabulous welcome. He made sure that our stay was unique and personal ! Gave us the proper advice for travelling around and recommended the best dishes where food was concerned ! The room was tastefully decorated and the entire ambiance of the property was absolutely amazing! Definitely it’s a ‘must stay’ place. The Hacienda has a beautiful property. Staff was incredible and the restaurant excellent. The room was somewhat dated, but the AC worked very well, it was clean and roomy. We loved the huge pool surrounded by palm trees. It was a short ride to the archeological site, and the hacienda was a welcome retreat on a hot day. We had a very positive experience at the Hacienda.
