The hotel is very old and is not worth the price tag. The staff at the front desk was like they were pulled off the street to work for the day, nobody had a clue. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, because no one picked up the call from my room. All the electricall sockets hardly worked, The was clean. Breakfast acceptable Parking was free

We have been staying that this hotel for years. It is so relaxing to stay the night before a flight from O’Hare. They have extended parking. The hotel is clean and the staff is good. There is a steak house right next door.
