Place nice and clean, staff very friendly, but the only coffee machine at the hotel was broke, and no water to drink as courtesy, the blinds didn’t close properly so the sun was always on my face. And hair dryer as well.

There was a couple of issues, but management was very attentive and helpful in resolving them. Great customer service. Having a laundry room onsite was very convenient, although I think the washers could use frequent cleanings, as a couple of them smelled like mildew. Having a kitchen in the room is probably my favorite. It allows you to prepare meals as if you would in a home. There’s plenty of free parking.

This is fine if you want to stay at an economy hotel for a good price but the rooms need a lot of upgrades such fresh paint and new fixtures. This would take it to the next level. The staff and people were very friendly it gave me the belief that they were very comfortable there. That also made me feel comfortable. My problem is it was advertised as refundable but it wasnt.

Pros: The two days we interacted with the front desk staff, they were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When we first arrived, our original room had no toilet paper, some broken fixtures, and the door would not locked. The staff was kind enough to relocate us to a different room, which we appreciated. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the expressway. It was about a one-hour drive into the city. Cons: This is more of a long-term-stay type of hotel, so the majority of guests appear to be residents rather than short-term travelers. That comes with some disadvantages if you’re looking for a typical hotel experience. 1. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our four-day stay. We had to take our own garbage out, and there was no breakfast, room service, or other typical hotel amenities. 2. At times, there was loud music coming from other rooms. Since the front desk is not staffed after 9 p.m., it can be difficult to address noise issues or ensure that quiet hours are being followed. 3. Our room had a musty, humid smell. Although the air conditioning was working, the room still felt humid. 4. At times during the night, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Some residents would sit in their cars with loud music while smoking, which gave the property an uneasy and somewhat unsafe feeling. Overalls, if you simply need an inexpensive place to sleep yes. If you’re more sensitive to noise, atmosphere, or feeling secure, ❌

There was plenty of parking, staff was friendly and helpful, even though there were posted signs everywhere saying no smoking, vaping, or weed allowed at the hotel or within 500 feet of doors/common areas, basically every day during the one week stay the hallway outside my room and/or the area around the main entrance stank of weed, and there were constantly people smoking cigarettes right in front of the doors to enter/exit the property, literally so close that we had to ask people to move so we could even enter the building. On top of it all when we arrived at midnight the floor of our room was dirty and the bed was unmade so we had to make it ourselves. Would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel
