The Pendry is an okay hotel. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re looking for a nice experience but it’s not bad. As many others have pointed out the AC in the rooms doesn’t work well enough to cool them down. A couple of the outlets in our room didn’t work and the room generally felt small and rundown. Check in was kind of abrasive and we weren’t told about morning coffee. Location was good.

I had an ok experience at the pendry. Nothing was bad nor extraordinary. I do like that it’s centrally located and the rooftop has a decent view. Outside of that, I’d stay at the citizen M. It’s literally next door and much cheaper with the same access to Chicago. I will also add that the room walls are extremely thin. You hear all the cars and parties outside and I was on the 15th floor. That’s unacceptable at this price point

The Pendry was absolutely beautiful! The bar, restaurant and cafe on site were amazing and delicious! Also the accessibility to all the attractions we planned to go to was amazing! We were able to walk almost everywhere and the metro was one block away making our trip amazing! We will definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and friendly especially the doormen!! Loved loved loved!!

Great and very elegant hotel! I absolutely loved it! The only thing is a little bit noisy but it’s the price you have to pay to be in an excellent location, you have everything you need in a walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
