The hotel location is great to visit downtown Chicago, and it has very nice views to the riverfront and even direct access to it. The only area of improvement is room availability as the check in is stated for 4 PM and we hard 3 rooms booked, and only 1 was available at the check in time, the other 2 were available at 6 PM and 8 PM.

We had a lovely stay. The only complaint was the girl at the check-in desk was very hard to hear and a little standoffish. The breakfast buffet is also incredibly overpriced for a glorified continental breakfast.

It has prime location, Riverside walk, Cleanrooms . Check-in experience is less like a 4 star hotel and more like airport checkin. Parking was full and in the area like riverside , we expect hotel to inform in advance with proper alternative. It is inconvenient , traveling with family where you spend hours parking the vehicle.

I checked out the pool - it was a long walk from the elevator and was packed with kids, so I turned around. Very clean pool area, nice gym, and nice outdoor area. I would still come back to the Sheraton because it was so beautiful.
