The hotel check in was smooth and easy! Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river. The workout rooms were well equipped and pool area is large and bright (but lacks an outside sun deck). This hotel is located in an excellent spot for enjoying the Riverwalk, walking to the Lake front, shopping on Michigan avenue and easily getting to lots of great dining options. Would stay again!

An excellent property in a great location in Chicago. Walking distance to Michigan Ave., the Riverwalk, the Red line and lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel service was excellent from the check in to the restaurant staff to the bar service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

The staff, first and foremost, were exceptional at every interaction. I always felt welcomed, wanted and assisted. The room we stayed it, a 20th floor suite, was practically perfect. The bathroom vanity had sharp chips at the bowl rim/front edge and the carpet was very torn in one spot. Dirty windows are to be expected in Chicago. None of these were awful nor deal breaking. The amenities were great, the bed was comfy and I can't complain about anything else. I would certainly stay here again.

For the amount of money that we paid, I was really disappointed in the room itself and the bathroom. Our bathroom toilet, barely flushed. There was no fan to get any of the steam out and the door swung out into the hall and weighed so much that you had to prop it open, to get the steam out. The other issue I had personally was there was hardly any option to plug-in devices. I brought my own, but I do strongly believe that hotels need to upgrade with the times. There was one plug-in option for a phone. It was a USB that was in the clock and that was it. On a positive note, the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful but overall I would say my stay was just middle of the road, especially considering the cost.
