The room was clean. The comforter had a few holes in one of the beds, the cold water in the sink was warm, the keyless entry card had to be reprogrammed 3 times on our last day, there was no non slip mat in the shower and it was very slippery. As bad as it might seem with this review, our overall experience was definitely good but not excellent.
