The best parts are the breakfast. Had great choices. And few nights would have treats on movie night. And another was few things like pulled chicken sliders with salad. And on Thursday they had pizza with the football game on. Now the bad parts. Room was rundown. Was in one room and the smell of weed was so bad ask to change. The help right away. And I know the next room smells like dog and dog pee. ( did not know you could have pets when booking). Stains on the floor. Couch smells like dog. BEDS NEED TO BE REPLACED LARGE DIPPING COULD NOT EVEN GET GOOD SLEEP FOR 6 nights. Can hear above you if anything move a muscle floor noise was so bad. And the dog barking 2 rooms over was not fun at all. Would not say or recommend to stay here

The carpet was clean and not matted down like it so often is in hotels. The room and everything was very clean overall. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, etc. The TVs looked good and the speakers were actually decent. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had with a great variety of food.

I was looking for a place to have a short stay while visiting friends in the Chicago area. I wanted something with an outdoor pool and the choices were very minimal. Aside from the pool, which I enjoyed, the room was exactly as described and rated by previous customers. The staff upon registering and throughout the stay was top notch h. The continental breakfast offered a great variety of breakfast foods and was well-made. I also liked the location of the facility as it allowed me to do my morning walks in corporate campuses with lakes. I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or those visiting for pleasure.

We had a great stay. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor area was great for adults and kids to hang out. Happy hour was nice as well as the free breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. Only issues were no elevator to our second floor room and the sofa bed was not super comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Property was pristine. Property did allow pets, but we didn't bring any. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the slamming of doors was a bit much. It was also noisy above us since we stayed on the 1st floor. We would book a stay here again, but away from the exits and book a room on the 3rd floor.
