I Loved our room it had a kitchenette which was a plus. our room was clean and spacious. The hotel lobby is very nice and the location is in a great area. Staff are very polite and friendly. There’s a Harold’s right across the street which is delicious. A Starbucks hooked directly to the hotel

The check-in process was fast and friendly. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The BUFFET breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL!! The kitchen was an added plus and we RELIGIOUSLY took advantage of the FULL-SIZE refrigerator. Being our first time in CHICAGO, the location of Homes2 Suites by Hilton was PERFECT for all our needs. We were a 20-minute walk to SOLDIER FIELD and STARBUCKS was in the lobby . . . what more could you ask for!! Will DEFINITELY use Homes2 Suites by Hilton Chicago AGAIN!!!

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. The LEDs were going out in our TV. We had to have them come switch it out. It took a couple of calls but we got a new tv. Breakfast buffet was not the greatest. Overall I would stay here again.I would probably bring some other nreakfast foods with me.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I came two hours earlier than the normal check in time from the airport and they had a room available so I was happy about that! Overall I had a wonderful stay at the hotel however I was surprised to see there wasn’t a smart tv in my room. Most Hilton hotels have smart TVs especially in 2026. All rooms should have that feature to keep customers coming back to stay.

The rooms were very clean, and it was always nice coming back to a freshly cleaned room after a long day. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was good with a decent variety of options. I would have appreciated a few more vegetarian and vegan choices, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

It was great! I only stayed there for one night but the pullout couch was so comfortable and it was cleaned very well! Staff was so sweet and offered me and my friends complimentary waters because we were waiting for a long time to get our room. Will book again if I ever come back to Chicago!
