My daughter and I spent 2 nights. It was close enough to the Pier and an added bonus was that it had a Bar Louie with a separate entrance for those who were not guests in the hotel. It was very nice and entertaining and the food was excellent! The bar was quite busy on the weekends, which made it convenient so we didn’t have to leave the hotel to enjoy a decent night life.

The staff were wonderful!! The best part of this hotel for me is that it was Handicapped Accessible for everything including Pool and Hottubs and Doors. The Handicap shower even drains right such a hard thing for hotels to understand. Bar Louies was great food and so was Breakfast also the Pool was heated nicely.

The hotel is HUGE! Hallways and common areas were quite warm since everything is open to the pool and hot tub. Great location with free parking and easy access to the city. After a short hiccup being assigned an already occupied room, we had a nice stay. The morning buffet is excellent.

Room was dirty when we got there. Hair in the bathroom sink and what appeared to be snot on the bathroom walls Both the phone and cable for the TV did not work. Went to the front desk to ask for towels. They told me that I didn’t need to talk to them to checkout. I told them I wanted to ask for a towel not check out. They told me they didn’t have any and would send it to my room. The towel never came. Skokie is a nice, safe suburb of Chicago. I’d just pick a cleaner hotel next time.
