Very convenient location within walking distance to Martin Stadium at Northwestern, Clark Street Beach and Space music venue. There were also many great walkable options for restaurants and bars. TIP- park at the Sherman plaza self park for the cheapest parking option which is only a 6 minute walk to the hotel.
