The location was perfect for our trip to Woodfield mall. The parking was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was a little lacking and not as good as we have had in other Hampton Inns.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent as usual. The outside property was very clean and safe. The room was very clean although the carpeting needed a good cleaning. Over all an excellent hotel.

Great staff, especially accommodating due to the wildfire smoke the day I was staying. Hotel breakfast is pretty standard fare. The hotel is right next to the Woodfield mall although I don't believe there is access to the mall from the parking lot. Room was clean, albeit some of the decor felt a bit dated.
