Great location with easy access to much of Chicago. Our corner room was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandkids. Nice pool area. Clean and spacious rooms. It didn't bother us but there is a fire station across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was good in terms of service, amenities, and location. The only issue we had was with our room's bathroom. The toilet kept trying to refill non-stop as well as there being little to no ventilation so whenever someone took a shower, the bathroom would be humid for a while.

Warren went above and beyond to make my sister’s and my stay enjoyable, especially by helping us with an early check-in. His customer service was truly exceptional! He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, from recommending great breakfast spots to providing us with maps of the city and explaining the train system. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Everything from our room and the lobby to the breakfast hall and restaurant was spotless and polished. Warren’s outstanding hospitality really made our experience even better, and we truly appreciated all of his help!
