We had a great stay. Check in was easy and fast. We used the early luggage hold, which is the best amenity. The breakfast was excellent and all areas were clean and peaceful. The location is also one of the best features.

The hotel location is perfect, literally 2-3 minutes walk to the famous Chicago riverwalk, 7 minutes walk to the Millennium park, the bus stops are also within 5 minutes range.The breakfast is amazing, also have 24 hours coffee station. Very family friendly, I really recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was fantastic. The location is amazing and easily get to all the things that you wanna do while in Chicago. The only one thing that I can complain about is the air conditioner in the room makes a very loud noise while it’s running and can impede sleep. Great city can’t wait to visit again
