Room was clean, everything worked. Onsite laundry was handy. Staff were very kind with any questions. A good place to rent for a week trip for the price. Will definetly stay again. Parking lot had decent amount of space and the area is in a good location. 10/10.

Had a great stay with my dog, room was perfect if you have an animal. Nice little kitchen with cabinets if you bring food, sorry, didn’t see a coffee maker, but I brought my own. Very nice clean and quiet room, laundry room on first floor as well as vending machine.

I made friends with the staff, and they made my stay even more enjoyable. My overall experience was amazing. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit New York City. The location is excellent, and everything feels new, clean, and well-maintained.

Internet was difficult to sign onto and maintain from one day to the next. The bedding was lovely, but there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Enjoyed the big easychair in the bedroom. Staff at front desk was very friendly and coffee was excellent.

Tv should be more centered had to get up to watch it. The fenale clerk was beyond friendly kind of made my night even greeted us in the morning with the same happiness after a 8 hour sleep

I loved that my room had a mini kitchenette. Including a big refrigerator (I expected the mini one), a sink, a microwave and cabinet space. I didn't expect that. The breakfast is pretty much a continental breakfast consisting of breakfast bars, oatmeal packets, muffins, coffee and tea. Which wasn't bad but minimal.

This place is what you would expect for the price point. The room was clean, but things in the room were dated and not pristine condition. The amenities were minimal. The walls were thin. The location is good. It is close to another hotel that has a restaurant/bar on site across the parking lot and the Old Orchard mall is across the overpass with lots of dining and shopping options.

Several men outside smoking. I was greeted at the counter by a lovely staff member who was super nice and friendly. The room was NOT well maintained, very old. There was no door on the closet, just a curtain, the paint was chipped through the whole room. Although this was supposed to be a non-smoking room the heavy odor of perfume could not hide the smell of old smoke. I did not feel safe in this hotel and moved to another and am waiting on my refund.
