The property was clean and quiet. The cookies at the front desk was amazing! I would recommend that they put a microwave in the room for convenience. We had to go to the first floor by the pool area to warm up our leftovers.

Overall this is a very good, affordable and clean hotel! A few items broken in the room but other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Nice pool, workout room and the location to the freeway was great!! We had a bad checkin experience which really hate patronizing establishments that have incompetent front desk staff but anyway we did not let that stop us from enjoying ourselves while in Chicago. The biggest hit for us was the price, very affordable and the daily warm cookies 🍪 they were magnificent!!!!
