When I book my very first day, I checked the rooms and bathroom. The bathroom toilet would not flush. I called the front desk. They sent Maintenance up. The maintenance man came and looked at the toilet and told me to just wiggle the handle and it will flush every time we went to the bathroom we kept on having to wiggle the handle every time someone needed to use the restroom. The balcony had a puddle of water on the Balcony the entire stay. I kept booking and booking back to back and so this is what we had to deal with every day. I absolutely hate that when I’m ready to eat my food. I have to get up and get on the elevator to go all the way downstairs to use the microwave but besides that I love this hotel I will be back. I love the bar. We love the pool we love the food. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and I still rate this hotel an absolute 10 out of. . The rooms were clean and I still rate this hotel an absolute nine out of 10. The other things were minor to me, but the biggest problem to me was not having a microwave inside of the room, but I love it. I will recommend.

Check in was fast. Room was very clean and spacious, had a beautiful balcony, was very close to the theatre we were going to. Had a beautiful lobby area. Fireplace with couches, tables with chairs. The Bistro was excellent for breakfast. Everything was very fresh. The staff were extremely nice. I would say the only downer was the pool was small but very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Very affordable also. Thank you it was wonderful.
