The breakfast was nice. Low prices. However, the hotel rooms need some work. The curtains are stained badly, the lamp next to the bed was hanging by the wires and the head board wood was chipped. Also the blanket for the pull out bed was dirty and had old food on it. There was great parking and the front desk attendants were nice.

Well overall the room was clean. The bed was the worse ! It’s definitely not comfortable at all. The outside area was just that a place where they smoke cigarettes in the parking lot and throw the butts all over the ground. I was very upset in the beginning because I book it online on August 7 and when I realized it was too far from where I needed to be, they didn’t want to refund my money for the weekend just wanted to refund it for one day because I didn’t request a refund by Aug 6. They offered one day refund but not the two days. I was told that if I requested the refund I wasn’t going to be able to use the one day I paid for to check in . Confusing right! So I felt like I was bullied to stay there or lose my money! So we stayed there. They also have a lot of families that actually stay there with their children and it was a lot of babies crying through the night. I will not ever book here again, due to their policy on refund and having families living there regularly. It’s a hotel not an apartment.

We were a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The room size was great 2 queen and 1 sofa bed however the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. The shower head had horrible water pressure. We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Our first morning the Manager was arguing with the clerk over what the night shift did not do and who’s job it was to take the trash out. It became a yelling match. Later the same day still more arguing. During our entire stay the side door was broken and didn’t lock. Luckily our floor was pretty quiet.

Paint on the bottom of the pool was peeling off everywhere and floating in the pool, gym equipment was broken and pictured on the site was a treadmill however there was NOT one on-site, bedding was dirty with stains and I did take then to front desk and ask for new clean ones and they did give me new ones that were indeed clean without stains. Also, the fridge smelled like rotten food. BUT, the breakfast was fresh, good variety and tasted good.
