Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown and close enough to anything you need. The room was clean but bathroom was not as clean as I’d expect and soured my stay a little bit.

I’ve stayed at club quarters a number of times now. I’m kind of a picky person when it comes to customer service, the Staff at both Chicago downtown hotels was nothing short of amazing, time I’ve stayed there! Thank you for the great service and the clean accommodations. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying there again in the near future. Oh, I forgot to mention both downtown locations are very convenient to everything in the Chicagoland area.

Had a great stay at Club Quarters Chicago. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Really liked the little touches like the free water stations.
