Room was exceptionally clean, no dust on top of the TV etc. Room is very elegant, as well as the entire hotel decoration. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation in the room were very nice. Mini fridge has a working freezer. Shampoo and shower gel were of high quality, doesn't leave cheap dry feeling on your hair or skin. Definitely get the bathtub room! And don't miss the breakfast part! The stay was so comfortable I decided to extend an extra day since I was so tired from walking the Alishan. Simply put, it's not just an overnight stay, it's a true resting spot.

While the staff are rather nice and friendly, the hotel has a very humid and unpleasant smell after entering the lobby and frequently in the room. While the strong aroma smell tried to cover the smell in the lobby and the corridor, it was not that pleasant. The breakfast buffet hot plate temp was low while the air conditioning was strong, the food was not hot at all. The quality of the breakfast was below average.
