This was a fantastic stay. The property is super well located - close to everything. The room is comfortable and staff are very helpful. The only downside is lack of additional lighting in the room. Would add the property to maybe add an additional lamp.

I had a wonderful stay at Thapae Loft in Chiang Mai! The hotel was lovely, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Sam and all the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us arrange our excursions and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sam, and the entire Thapae Loft team, for everything! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Thapae Loft. The hotel itself is beautiful—a stylish, modern boutique oasis tucked away on a quiet side street right in the heart of the Old City. The rooms are clean and incredibly comfortable, the pool is the perfect spot to cool off, and the location near Tha Pae Gate is unbeatable. But what really made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding service. The staff here don't just do their jobs; they truly go above and beyond for their guests. When I was trying to figure out how to book a local excursion, the front desk team went above and beyond to help me and prepare me for this tour!! Every single day, I was greeted with genuine smiles. The team remembered my name, always anticipated what I might need and gave me the best insider recommendations. It is rare to find a hotel where the team is this attentive, warm, and helpful. They made me feel completely at home, and I will absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!
