The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building and room were clean at all times. The mattress was comfortable. They also gave us mosquito repellent for the night which was very useful. The food at the restaurant was also good.

It was a great hotel. Clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was prime, it's off the busy street but close enough to still be walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Loved my stay here and would stay again.

Great hotel, clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with good choices, and good location not too busy and close to everything. Staff was so nice we had to leave for our elephant tour at 6:30 and the breakfast doesn't open u til 6:30am and the night before I asked and told them our situation and in the morning when we were leaving they had a to go breakfast for us, so nice. Even without requesting daily cleaning room they still left a box with clean towels and water for us at the door.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at T Heritage. The staffs were wonderful and very attentive. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect with easy access to the markets and cafes/restaurants. 10/10! Definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel. The room was large especially if you opt for executive room on the top floor. The room was spotless and the hotel amenities from the free breakfast to the afternoon tea were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was great too. The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is located close to lots of dining options and all the main temples and attractions.

Breakfast is very good. Staff in restaurant and at the reception always come with a pleasant polite greetings. Even though the AC wasn't working properly the first 2 nights, they fixed it and was fine. Room cleaning need to be improved and be more attentive to wipe the counter tops.
