“Muy cómodo en excelente ubicación, solo con falta de estacionamiento ”

“Liz at the front desk was Great ! She was very helpful with all the amenities and explained option to go out later at night! The room was great, clean and all my family could fit quite well! Location was excellent for someone visiting with no car”

“Handy location, friendly staff and comfortable”

“Excelente ubicación. Cerca de todas las atracciones. Departamentos cómodos y equipados”

“For the property to really excel the business owner needs to put in added effort to maintain the Housekeeping of the property including safety & Hygiene. The microwave was rusted internally with burn marks and not well maintained. That needs to be replaced immediately. Risk of Fire The rubbish bin in the communal was not emptied for the whole duration of my stay No adequate cutlery. No bin bags, washing up liquid scoring pad or clothes for wiping surfaces. The Housekeeping was shocking...

“I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.”

“Es bonito el hotel pero la habitación extremadamente pequeña.”

“I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip recently. The place is fine but was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty/dirty and there was food in the kitchen from a previous stay. The internet was also very intermittent so I couldn’t watch tv one evening which was annoying. For the price there are better places.”

“Lovely “cabin-style” apartment - convenient location, very close to Liverpool city centre.”

“We had a nice large room. Quiet location. Close to the train to Liverpool and Manchester. Lots of restaurants within minutes.”

“Der Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht (vermutlich waren die Batterien der Fernbedienung leer). Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut!”

“Lovely room great location”

“The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills. Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location. But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and...

“Todo muy correcto, repetiremos en la siguiente escapada seguro con ellos!!”

“The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. ”
