This was our first stay at a Harrah's a property and we were totally impressed with the cleanliness and details of the room we were given. We are not big casino goers, but it made for a nice, relaxing time after a day of driving. The food options within the property are amazing. We loved the Noodle Bar!!! We would definitely stay again.

The hotel, room and casino were very clean and well maintained. The food (restaurant Amici Italia) was delicious. The valet was not so great. After standing outside for awhile with my ticket clearly visible to valet employees, I had to stop a concerier

The room was exceptionally quiet, warm, comfortable and clean. If you’re not careful, you can get lost finding the Tower side of the resort. The indoor pool was very pleasant and clean.
