We had a wonderful stay at the Castlewood Inn. The room was very clean for an older Hotel. The room that was reserved for us had AC issues but Frankie immediately put us into another room that worked fine. Frankie and the staff were great. I highly recommend the Castlewood Inn.

Location was easy to find, plenty of parking available upon arrival. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, and the room was easily accessible and clean; I especially appreciated the newly renovated bathroom / shower. This visit exceeded my expectations and I will certainly be back!

This is a nice, clean hotel. If you are wanting a fancy hotel, then this hotel is not for you. We liked it because we were able to take our dog. It is a dated hotel, but was very clean and we felt safe staying there. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay. Well worth the $.

Our visit was amazing. Maggie valley is one of the most beautiful places. The hotel has a wonderful view and they are very friendly. Family owned and pet friendly. I will definitely book here again. Plus, breakfast opens at 6:30am walking distance 😀. Picture is view from room.
