It was a very clean hotel and friendly staff. I would prefer that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap was attached lower in the shower because it is difficult to reach for shorter people (and kids). We will return for a future stay.

As others have said, the view is what makes this hotel. Great location - so close to all that’s Dillsboro and major roads to surrounding area. Peaceful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, standard hotel breakfast fare, but the attendant was very helpful and attentive.

The room had a musty smell and they were unable to give us another room since they were booked. The breakfast was really good and the staff friendly. The pool area was nice and well maintained. It's wasn't the cleanest. Trash overflowing in the front entrance. Floor dirty in the room but the staff was working hard and it was very busy. We would stay again if the room were not musty smell. Front desk offered to test the air with a machine but still no other rooms available if the results had been bad? Front desk stated it had been really hot and cold air on might help but it didn't. Again the staff were very nice and working hard. It's a holiday weekend and we didn't spend time looking for another hotel and we liked the amenities there.

We had a bottom floor room with a door that led out to the patio which was right on the river…. It was so relaxing rocking in the chairs and watching the river rafting folks navigate the river!!! Beautiful place for quiet time in the morning!!! Also please visit Quirky Bird restaurant!!!! What a gem!!! Best Pizza we’ve ever had!

Beautiful river front hotel with clean rooms and common areas. Very relaxing to sit out on the deck and eat or rock in the rocking chairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool area are nice and towels are provided. The area itself is quiet and pleasant with small town atmosphere. Restaurants have good food.

It was a great hotel. It is so worth the extra money for the rooms on the river. It's about an hour to the Tail of the Dragon and an hour to Gatlinburg but its so quit and peaceful. Away from all the noise of those two areas.
