Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible hotel

We got to the hotel at 3:30am and they did not let us spend the night there because senare tourist. I dont understand how expedia have this hotel list it in their site. I want my money back. I had to find a different hotel at 4am in chengdu.
