Location is excellent. Walkable underground and overground to Chengdu East Railway station and metro. Tip - very large station. Departures upstairs, arrivals ground and metro underneath. Check in was very busy due to three hotels all checking in around the same area - (Rayfont, Longemont and Yes hotel). Our room was on high floor which was good as surrounded by roads and trains. Airconditioning not working very well, so had to ask for a blanket, which they got for me. Room was clean. Shared breakfast with the Longemont hotel. Staff were very helpful. I would like to commend the manger who anticipated our needs -remembered what we had the day before and was extremely helpful. (Unfortunately can not find the paperwork which I asked for her name). Food - wide choice but limited for Western tastes. Did not have time to use other facilities. One issue - Platinum member with Expedia. The hotel did not recognise status. Said they are a domestic hotel not an international hotel.

Decent hotel after all. Has underground tunnel access (take elevator to B1) to the subway station. Rooms were pretty comfy. Negatives are that the AC appeared to be limited at night to around 23 Celsius or so and the room got pretty humid. Also, the toilet has a weird smell.

Location is good, as it is connected to the train station. Follow the east exit at the station, when leaving the station up the escalators, turn left and walk through the lobby and follow the signs on the ground for the Rayfont to an empty reception area, to the right of this there are the elevators to the lobby.

Room location and size is good. The check-in was slow as a previous cancelled booking was still in the system and confused the check-in staff. The lifts were also slow during the morning and the projection TV does not work.
