Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!

Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care. But hotel itself is decent. Great location. Walking distance to places.

Environment was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and refilled regularly. 5 sets of washers and dryers, they were properly cleaned and maintained. Not easy to be reached by public transportation, WIFI were not working at all for our 2 rooms, even our 5 cell phones were having data plans with local mobiles and roaming with China Mobile.

酒店外觀不太好，但內裏非常乾淨，我們住的樓層是5樓，安排了一個街道景觀，重點是床單、廁所都打掃得乾淨，房間也很大，可以放下三個大行李箱都得。酒店大堂有提供熱水和支裝水，也可以步行至春熙路，非常方便。
