“Staff very friendly food really good, Parking is free but a bit tight to get in unfortunately not doing breakfast at the moment but something they are looking in to”

“Really lovely stay. Traditional feeling pub in beautiful location. Food fantastic and breakfast absolutely worth adding on”

“Beautiful location! ”

“Comfortable rooms”

“El lugar está de muy buen tamaño, el desayuno, simplemente delicioso, la atención de la gente muy cálida y la ubicación excelente”

“Perfect weekend away, rooms and pub are lovely, really lovely touches in each room. Pub was nice and had live music on Friday evening which was a real plus. Was very clean and staff were friendly!”

“A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious.”

“The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

“A very comfortable one night stay, lovely helpful staff, great good value food. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We were at the front so had a lot of road noise which we are not used too. I would recommend the hotel and pub”

“El estacionamiento está muy incómodo para ingresar. Además cuando entramos no había lugar y tuvimos que dejarlo en los estacionamientos públicos. El desayuno estuvo bien. Te dan un menú y hay algunas pocas cosas para agarrar estilo Buffet. Pero si buscas el English Breakfast vas a salir contento. La habitación amplia. Baño con bañera. Tener en cuenta que hay que subir por escaleras y pasar por el bar que está abajo del hotel.”

“Really lovely stay - friendly staff in a small pub in Combe Down open for evening meals during the week, and open for lunch onwards at the weekend. We had a lovely welcome, preordered breakfast for the next morning which was really delicious, and was shown to our room upstairs. A lovely view of the white horse in the distance and a comfy bed, with lovely furnishings. We would stay again.”

“El baño necesita una reforma. La temperatura de la habitación muy alta, no la pudimos bajar. La puerta, de papel de fumar: por la noche nos despertó una conversación en el pasillo. Las camas muy, muy blandas. El único jabón que había en el baño era para las manos.”

“The overall aesthetic was awesome but the rooms need proper cleaning cobwebs are visible in the roof The cleanliness is something to be looked into Overall I liked the place and room”

“Hotel room was stylish and clean and lovely shower. Pub is very close to the airport and is a perfect stay before or after a flight (about 10-15 mins drive to airport). The staff were very friendly and helpful and they prepared us a takeaway continental breakfast as we had an early flight.”

“Habitación espaciosa y cama confortable Personal atento Recomendable ”
