Very helpful friendly staff when reception was open. The room was very large, bright and clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and options for the price. Easy check in via the automatic machine outside. Would highly recommend staying here

This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash without providing us with any service. It is in a very shady location and has no sense of security and no human presence whatsoever. I took up my concerns with Expedia and was shocked when the hotel would not provide a refund after failing to give us a room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nous sommes passés le 25 décembre. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la gentillesse du gérant et de Lola. Le gérant a ouvert spécialement le bar pour nous dépanner au déjeuner (tout étant fermé à cette date), c'était en plus très bon et très chaleureux. Lola a été d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Diner sur place avec des bons plats. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon. Je remercie l'hôtel pour son accueil et je recommande vivement l'adresse. Borne pour recharger les VE sur le parking.
