Loved the houses where the rooms were located, loved the fluffy towels, the old fixtures, tiles and moldings, the uniqueness of the properties, the food, etc. In the Hunter room, we had a temperamental hot water heater--it either froze you or burned your skin off with no in between settings. We learned to wash one body part under the water at a time, but it wasn't fun. It wasn't clear to us (and maybe we didn't hear correctly) if breakfast was only in Rembrandt's every day with limited choices, or in the main house where check in occurred. The last night we stayed in the main house and had the breakfast buffet, which was wonderful! The other days we both had the breakfast sandwiches from Rembrandt's, which were also delicious. The location of the property was excellent--we walked to the art museum, aquarium, across the pedestrian bridge and many other places close by. Dinner at Tony's was soooo wonderful--freshly baked bread and handmade pasta. We ate there 3 nights in a row! Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
