Excellent overnight stay with family. Brand new rooms, spacious suites and very clean. Complementary breakfast spread is great! The staff is awesome, especially Arithro made our stay memorable. Palvi and Rochelle made sure everything intact. Will definitely stay at this place again and place right-off of 401.

The outside of the property looks kind of sketchy but the interior is nice. I did have trouble with the lights and the hot water and on the 4th day I requested a new room and they moved me and the new room was great. Lastly the water wasn’t good water to brush your teeth so they told us to use bottled water but they didn’t provide any due too the issue.

The staff were very professional and polite. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Our room could have benefited from a couple more lamps and an extra garbage can for the kitchenette. There is a water advisory issue due to lead, but free bottled water was provided. It’s a straightforward place to stay if you don’t require lots of extras like an onsite gym, pool etc.

This hotel is in the final stages of renovation. There final small fixtures yet to be installed (eg: light fixture and charging outlets on night table) for convenience. There are few hotels in this area, this upgraded facility will be needed. Outdoor amenities are a work in progress.

The hotel didn’t have water we could use. It said it would have a breakfast and it had bags of granola bars. Our room smelled like paint and the whole hotel was under renovation. One wing of the hotel had all the toilets back up. We are unsure how it was possible but on our way out we saw a sign that said on the front door that the building didn’t have occupancy.

The hotel has potential but was clearly not ready to open as renovations hadn’t been finished. Our room was covered in drywall dust, the stovetop was pencilled in but not installed, the fire sprinklers were inoperable, and the water was unsafe to drink. Breakfast sandwiches were cold. Customer service left something to be desired and feedback was not taken seriously. No compensation offered for a less than satisfactory experience. I think it will be great once it’s ready but there is still work to be done.
