Loved how centrally located the hotel is. Took us less than 20 minutes to get to most locations in Charlottetown. Staff was helpful and very polite and provided useful information to us. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location of this property is great for those wanting to explore downtown and easy to get out and about other places . Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. The building was absolutely spotless with many thoughtful details like water filling stations, coffee in the lobby, and snack machines. Excellent breakfast everyday for free. Would highly recommend

Hotel is nice and clean. Reception was great and friendly. Breakfast was included with 5 options to choose from. Breakfast was okay, no flavor in the eggs or hashbrowns but it was nice to have breakfast included in my stay. Restaurant was never packed for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
