Excellent location for easy walks into town and a piece of the Confederation Trail. Huge washers and dryers available to guests for free after 4pm. Accommodations are basic (it's a college dorm) but clean and comfy. Would stay there again.

Great accommodation! Some things to note: parking is across the street, no lamps in the rooms. Rooms have full kitchens, each bedroom has lots of storage and a TV. Rooms are clean and there is a lounge on each floor with couches and games. Great location!

It was not only affordable, but it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We were able to park for free and walk to where we wanted to go. In the words of a fellow traveller, “it may not be elegant, but it checks all the boxes”. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time and the room was clean. Could use a little updating but with the price you can’t go wrong. The beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were flat but all in all if we were in PEI again I would stay again.

Student residence with two bedrooms, two beds, shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and orderly. Breakfast was basic but fine. The property was low cost which was the appeal - but given that - everything was as you would want it to be. 10 minute walk to downtown, parking across the street.f

This is a great option in Charlottetown. The location is very convenient to all of the town's attractions and historic walks. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is nice to have and visitors can sign out kitchen boxes (free) containing the basics to cook and eat basic meals. I recommend this location.

Very clean property easy to get to, Friendly people at the front desk, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast clean and sufficient. the only thing that I would suggest is that you let people know that there are no cooking utensils whatsoever in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

A furnished apartment. Quiet and clean. Microwave and fridge. A kitchen kit can be picked up at the front desk. Bathroom should be swept. I don’t have long black hair. Otherwise a cozy place.

Location was very good. An easy walk to downtown Charlottetown. Large clean bedrooms with a bed and desk. Nice to have a kitchen. Nice toiletries. Breakfast was okay. Fruit was good (apples and oranges) but bananas would have been even better. Parking lot needs to be repaved.
