The room was so big and comfortable with the living room, kitchen and king size bed. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but other than that I had no issues.

I liked the setup of the courtyard and separate units. I also loved the size of the units and the virtual check in but what I didn’t like was the fact that this was home for some people. It was permanent residence and they had dogs. Folks also propped the doors open at all time making a fairly secure installation unsafe.

My stay here was really nice and easy. The staff was extremely courteous as I arrived after hours and had no problem retrieving my room keys. Communication is key as anything I had a question about or requested was met with positivity and willingness to assist. The room itself was perfect as it had a really comfy king bed, and a pullout in the separate living space. There were plenty of towels, and the room came with the essential kitchen appliances, dinner ware, and utensils one would need to prepare meals. The room had hard flooring surfaces in the front living space and bathroom which makes for a cleaner space. There was carpet in the main sleeping area which was clean and well maintained. The AC unit was controlled at the wall and made the space very comfortable. I never had to hunt for a parking space as there was always one available. Overall the facility was clean and well managed. I will keep this location on my radar as I often travel to Charlotte.

Room was fairly clean. Dust visible near air vents and room had a weird smell. Still a pretty good room and an overall great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay.

Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise nice unit.

This was an inexpensive booking. We stayed one night. Check in was smooth. We arrived after the office closed. I was able to retrieve my room keys quickly with no problems from the lockbox. If you need help, call the office number. An email is not answered. The room has some wear and tear. Some walls need to be repainted and the tub needs a good scrub. Parking was bountiful. I wish the hotel supplied dish detergent and a bar of soap for the bathroom. We had to buy dish detergent to wash dishes and had to use bathsoap from the bathtub to wash our hands at the bathroom sink. This was not convenient. I also wish the hotel supplied a dish towel in the kitchen. The location of the hotel is decent. We were able to hooe on and off the highway to get to the places we needed. The staff was helpful during check out.

Our stay was a bit off here at STAYAPT. When we arrived communication was great and I was told where our check in box was which we did appreciate. However, when we gathered our belongings to head upstairs we discovered that the elevator was broken . This was an inconvenience because we had a lot of items and had to lug it all up the stairs. Keep in mind that the elevator was out all weekend. Next, we experienced a maintenance issue where our shower faucet shot out at my sisters foot and almost cut it . We did let the office know and we were told maintenance was not at work today to fix it so we had to switch rooms. Another inconvenience but we were grateful. However again , the elevator was out of service so when we found out we were on the 3rd floor now we were not pleased. We did arrive to another clean room thankfully and we appreciate the staff for moving quickly . However , although our stay wasn’t what we anticipated for the price and location would recommend just be cautious. We might have just come on a bad weekend.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint that I have is that it was really cold in the room and I could not adjust the thermostat to warm the room up. I turned up the thermostat, but the room stayed at 65 degrees.
