I came to town for a funeral, and was also traveling with a foster dog. The staff was very thoughtful about where to place us for everyone's sake. Thanks to that simple act at my time of check-in, my stay was way less stressful than I could have ever imagined. I have never stayed in a hotel with any of my pets, so I am so very thankful to all the staff that worked so hard everyday to help make that happen.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a little sparse. Pool is decent and the water was cold. The halls and our room smelt like weed throughout our stay. Very hard to get a hold of front desk staff for extras. Overall, it was decent for a weekend in the Charlotte area.

I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase.
