The room was clean, there were water spots in the hallway. The bed was comfy, the sleeper sofa slept better as a sofa according to my son. Overall the room met our needs for a place to sleep for the night. The staff was friendly, and efficient. We were checked in promptly. Parking was easy. The hotel was within walking distance of a few restaurants, so that was convenient.

The staff were very friendly and this facility is dog friendly. My room was convenient for taking my dog out for a walk when needed. The toiletries were great. The bed was super comfortable as well as the temperature of the room. Parking was close to my room. Their lobby was nicely done. They had a breakfast area but did not offer breakfast. It would have been nice if they had pastries/fruit but there are plenty of places to dine within 5 minutes of the hotel. They did offer Starbucks coffee which I appreciated. Very convenient to dining and getting on and off the interstate. Will stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. No included or purchase breakfast (beyond vending), but you can get a cup of coffee. One elevator was broke down, the other had a failure but was fixed same day. Downside is stairway was under construction so it was difficult to use stepping over debris and tools.

Very quiet-only heard a loud person once. Never heard tvs, or running water, toilets flushing. The room was very clean, outdated, but clean. No hairdryer, no sugar or cream for coffee, no USB ports. Towels were extremely clean as were sheets. The couch was ugly and outdated, but comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy. The amount of deodorizer or air freshener used both in the rooms and hallways is overwhelming. The room had a faint smoke smell. The elevators are in dire need of cleaning and repairs.

Stayed here for one night in town for a concert. Not the best not the worst. Good enough for a one night stay. Walking distance to coffee shop/ food options. Able to take the bus / train from the airport to here. Area is a little questionable. Staff was very friendly but we had a lot of live entertainment in the lobby of them dealing with having to kick multiple people out of rooms for not paying. There is a little store downstairs available for drinks and snacks

AC in the room was working but the AC in the hallway was not working. Elevator buttons didn’t work half of the time and one of the external entrances did not work with the key. Check in and check out were super easy to complete. Staff was nice, location is easy to get to, parking was ample.
