Hotel staff was helpful. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. For a quick weekend trip, it was perfect and a great location from our plans in uptown Charlotte. Our pocket door to the bathroom didn’t have a handle… but other than that, room was just fine!

Friendly staff and clean, but some noticeable drawbacks The staff at Sleep Inn Northlake were incredibly friendly and the property itself was kept very clean. However, there was a weird smell both when walking into the building and inside the room. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall stay.

Everything was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was usual sausage patties, eggs, toast, juice, cereal and oatmeal, coffee. Great location if you have to visit loved one in Atrium Medical Center. Just 8 miles away. Close to 85 and 77.

I booked this hotel at 10pm as last option, because no other hotel allowed me to book so late at night! Let me tell you guys i was surprised, it is a small hotel but for a night it was PERFECT, staff was really helpfull, they let me check in at 1:00 am, room was super clean, good bed, hot shower, there is a starbucks and waffle house basically in the parking lot!
