I liked the closeness of the airport from the hotel. Also right up the stairs from the parking lot is a type of food court with 4 restaurants, very convenient.

The hotel was convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The only drawback was there being no restaurant to eat dinner in. There was a reasonable breakfast considering the lack of a proper restaurant.

Just a blast in charlotte, and great place to stay that made it even better. Staff was friendly and kind, the environment was great, as well as room, and the location to restaurants and amenities is superb. Go walk anywhere within 2 miles of the property and you get to see a magnificent part of the Queen City. Renaissance park is a hidden Gem of outdoor space for charlotte.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking, and the sofa bed was coming apart. Was told that I would be able to get another or be moved to another room when it because available but that never happened. The staff was pleasant and the property was clean

Good room, had to wait a bit for the free airport shuttle but it was a nice bonus, just be sure to check to which hotel you are going because there are several shuttles that service the hotel chain but different locations

The hotel was well maintained and clean, just a little wear and tear, and the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned. My room smelled fresh and clean when I arrived. The bathroom was small, and I didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and the staff were amazing. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I would stay there again.

The hotel employees are so loud. The reception clerk and two housekeeping workers talked loudly for 30 minutes in the lobby during breakfast, and the two housekeeping workers outside our room were also talking very loudly in the hall during the morning. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly quiet.
