We prepaid for the hotel room through Expedia three weeks before arrival. Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told they gave our room away and had no other rooms available. Sent us to a different Hampton further away and of poorer quality.

My family had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous, accommodating & professional. From check-in to check-out everyone made their best effort to make us feel comfortable & welcome. Isaiah & the others at the front desk were exceptional in addressing every need that we had. We came in town for a concert and stayed one night. The second we walked into the hotel I could tell it was extremely clean.Our room was great, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again at our next concert.
