The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the large bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion!! Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff was very welcoming and went out of there way to provide an extra room for our daughter on our last night, right across the hall from our room and at a very reasonable rate! Thank you Hampton Inn!! I recommend this hotel. It has to be one of the top five hotels that I've ever stayed in!

The hotel is located in a great area. Several food options and conveniently located near Charlotte and other attractions in the area. The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Ashley was tremendous in her job on the desk. She greeted customers and was always upbeat. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in the hotel industry. She should be acknowledged by the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was outstanding in one day. We came too late and the lady working the breakfast opened up the back room and allowed us to get some bagels and other things. It was a joy to stay at this hotel. The room was updated and very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
