What a lovely place. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Folly Beach. Really enjoyed large covered patio, decent size bath tub, as well as walking distance to the beach and not a long driving distance from downtown Charleston. Thank you Water’s Edge Inn. 😊❤️

Lovely stay. Property had many thoughtful details. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed bedrooms. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. On site parking was a big plus on Folly where parking is scarce!

Every ladies that worked on the front desk were so courteous and helpful. Homemade warm Breakfast and happy hours were so good. They even served wine and beer on happy hours. They take you to the beach with the golf cart which is 5 minutes away and if you call them when you’re ready they come and pick you up and take you back to the hotel. We stayed there for 6 days and we had an awesome experience.

Great little place. The rooms were so quaint and cute. I really enjoyed my stay there; it was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only issue I ran into was that I found it hard to reach a staff member; they were often away from the desk. Driving people to and from the beach, helping others, etc. I never had major needs just had some questions.

Our stay at Water’s Edge Inn was wonderful! The inn is absolutely beautiful, with charming accommodations and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best features is its convenient location—it’s just a short walk to the beach, pier, and beach access, making it easy to enjoy everything Folly Beach has to offer. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. One of our favorite amenities was the complimentary golf cart shuttle. It made getting to Center Street and the pier quick, easy, and fun without having to worry about parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Water’s Edge Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway at Folly Beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay at Water’s Edge. The B&B was well kept, the breakfast was great, and the location is unbeatable! Unfortunately the hot tub now closes at 9pm and we didn’t get a chance to use it but it looked like a great set up. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are steep stairs to access the B&B and more stairs to access the rooms.

Don't think twice about booking! The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It is in a great location, lots of food choices nearby, and about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Loved the amenities to include the use of their bikes. I would not hesitate to book again.
